• What forms of payment to you accept?
   
  We accept Cash, Personal checks, Business checks, Money Market checks, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders and Wire Transfers. In order for us to ship your order or for you to pick it up the funds must be "collected". "Collected" means we must have the money in hand. So things such as cash, cashier's checks, money orders, and wire transfers are considered "collected" funds. Personal Checks are not collected funds. A personal check must clear the bank before it is considered "collected" which means that if you are paying by personal check, you will need to come back to pick up your product after your check clears.
   
  **We accept cash, up to $10,000 per person, per year. Our policy is not to accept more than $10,000 in GREEN CASH from any one person, in a single year's time, however, you can spend a million dollars in the form of cashier's checks, wire transfers or personal checks.
   
  Cashier's checks are the same as cash. You can purchase any amount of bullion with cashier's checks. We consider them collected funds. We accept Personal Checks HOWEVER Personal checks are held seven business days before we will release the bullion to you. We accept money market account checks, but, these are incredibly slow to clear, so they are held a minimum of ten business days
• Do you accept credit card payments?
   
  In certain case we will accept credit and/or debit card transactions but anyone wanting to pay by this method must call and speck to a representative. If you are approved to pay by card please note that there is a processing fee associated with all credit card transactions
• Do you carry any silver or platinum coins or bullions?
   
  At this point and time we only carry gold coins and gold bullion
• What is SaveGold?
   
  Save Gold is the bullion division of Andaaz Jewelers Inc. We have two locations in Chicago: one is located at 141 W Ogden Ave Westmont IL 60559 and the other on is located at 2632 W. Devon Ave Chicago IL 60659
   
  We are a family owned business that has been in the Gold and Jewelry business for over 15 years. Our Chicago store is open Wednesday to Monday from 10:30 to 7:30 and is closed on Tuesday. Our Westmont store is open Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00 to 7:00 and is closed on Sunday and Monday. As you can see at least one of our locations is open everyday of the week so you can place an order or pick up an order any day of the week. The local phone number for the Chicago store is 773-262-2632 and the local number for the Westmont store is 630-724-1700.
   
  However with all that being said please understand that this is a family business so sometimes we do open late and close early.
• Instead of ordering over the phone can I come to one of your store locations?
   
  Yes
   
  We keep a large enough stock of gold coins and bars on hand to satisfy most of our local cliental so if you would like to come buy you bullion at the store there is no problem.
   
  Everything is sold on a first come first serve basis. We do not hold the price, for anybody in any quantity. We honor the current market price when you are in the store ready to buy or sell.
   
  We are more than happy to "lock" the price and the quantity for you provided you give a 50% deposit. As soon as the balance is paid you are welcome to take your order.
